So... its been like two years since i posted on this thing... so i guess its about time for an update :)  Life has changed so very much since I posted last... so i guess I will just let all of yall know whats going on in the life of Jenn at the moment!  After graduation from good ole BMC I was pretty much positive that I would not pursue a teaching job until later on... I had plans to go overseas right away at least for a few years... but God had very different plans for my life for now!  After I realized that my time overseas was not going to work out right now, I started looking for a teaching job to get me through this year.  My parents moved to Millbrook, AL... and the last place that I wanted to live was in Millbrook with my folks... but after alot of prayer I turned down a teaching job I was offered in Louisville and moved in with my parents.  God opened up alot of doors really quickly... and a day later I was the newest member of the Verbena High School teaching staff!  Who knew there even was a place called Verbena :) haha

I don't regret any of the decisions that I made now.... and I am finally starting to really like it over here.  Its amazing how when you are exactly where God wants you things tend to work out that way :)  I still don't like being 4 hours from all of my friends... but thats what weekend roadtrips are for! I have also gotten the chance to really get to know my brother even more and spend lots of time with him... times I never would have had if I was still in Mississippi...

Now I can't deny that 7th graders get on my nerves just about everyday :)  But there are a few of those kids that make remember why I went into teaching... Who knows what my future has in store (sometimes I wish i knew a little better!) but I know whatever it is as long as its where God sends me it will work out just fine!

So I guess its about time for another update...  

Blue Mountain College is not one of my favorite places at the moment...

All I have to say is that I don't like chapel anymore and I hope that I never have to go into the Dean's office ever again because of the drama it causes...

I got to see Boys 2 Men in concert this weekend and they were basically amazing :)

CSC is next weekend and that makes me happy...

Mother/ Daughter weekend is soon and that makes me even more happy...

Well, I went to a church this morning and spoke about this summer and just about Camp Garaywa.  It made me miss camp so much!!  Its too bad that us Garaywa girls can't just be at camp all year long... I would love that :)  But since I know that won't work... I will just have to settle with frequent visits!

 I am excited about getting back to school this week and the BSU council retreat this weekend.  I can't wait to see what God has in store for us this school year... I have a feeling that it is going to be an incredible year.  I still can't believe that this will be my senior year of college... I am getting old :)

To my Garaywa girls:  I miss you all so much more than I can put into words.  And I am so thankful for every one of you!

To my BMC buddies:  Its almost time to get everything started!  I am ready to see all of you!
